Testimonials of Satisfied Clients
I just wanted to thank you for all your help in selling my home. Any questions that had, you gave me quick answers. The flat fee was only
$499 to be put on MLS. Which is much better than paying a realtor their 2-3% commission for just a few clicks to write the listing.
Selling my house this way gave me the control I needed in the sale of my home. It saved me over $6000, if not even more. Selling my home with a realtor at 6%
would have cost me, $14,100. With your program it only cost me your flat fee + 2.5% commission to a realtor who brought me the buyer. That is a savings of over $7500. I will
be using that money towards my new furniture. Thanks again & I'll pass your name on to more people who may be interested.
Sincerely,

Thank you very much for providing this excellent service! At first, I tried to sell my
house by myself. I had my home listed in papers and put signs at major local intersections. Although many people came to see my house and made oral offers, those offers were
of low quality, i.e. not serious and hard to follow up.
Once I signed up for your service, many buyer's agents started to bring their
clients to see my house. Soon there were offers, solid and good ones. With your advices on dealing with buyer's agents, I signed a contract in about a week. I'm really
happy with your service and would recommend to friends who're thinking about selling their homes. Your
service is effective and with no hidden cost. If the buyer
closes as planned, I would save over $9,000!
Thanks again!

We used an internet firm to list our property in the GSMLS, and essentially saved 3% on the
sale of our home. It was not a hassle either since the buyers brought an agent to represent their client. We were very satisfied with the GSMLS listing.
Thanks Gordon for the help in this process and good luck to you at NJ Home Connections.

When I wanted to sell my house, I wasn't ready to give 5-6% commission to real estate
agents. I found this Flat fee program where I simply paid a small fee to get my house listed on MLS. I still got the asking price and paid only 2.5%
commission to
buyer's agent. I also had the opportunity to sell own my own. Flat fee program is a great way to save money and still get the maximum value of your house.

The flat fee service was easy, affordable, and assisted in the quick sale of our condo.
We saved several thousand dollars and would recommend the service highly to anyone wishing to sell their home, while avoiding the steep commissions associated with listing
with a traditional broker. Many thanks!

An option for FSBOs when you don't get any offers on your house after 3-4 weeks (depends
upon your marketing strategy) is to increase the exposure of your house in the market by listing it on MLS.
Regarding MLS, I have seen
lots of FSBO burn-outs (after 3-4 week try out) who went with the traditional realtors such as Weichert or Coldwell Banker paying full commission of 5 to 6%. However, a
flat-fee based service like yours can list your house on your local MLS for
$499 one time flat-fee with no additional strings attached. If any buyer-agent brings in a buyer of your house, you only owe 1/2 of full
commission, i.e., 2.5 to 3% commission
to the buyer-agent only. Of course, when NJ HOME CONNECTIONS brings in a buyer, you owe them the same amount, too. What is more attractive is that you still have the option
to sell it on your own without paying any commissions should you find a buyer yourself.
This is how NJ HOME CONNECTIONS came into play in
my endeavor to sell my house FSBO. My buyer wanted to negotiate the price down quite a bit during the closing date adjustment process to the point where I didn't feel
comfortable continuing the negotiation. Then I turned around and listed my house on MLS through NJ HOME CONNECTIONS in 2 days through very personal communication and no-delay
service. In a matter of days, I've got the call back from the buyer wanting to buy our house with more favorable terms to
us than before. And this is beside all the calls I've got from other local agents who wanted show our house to their clients.
I think the
biggest hurdle for FSBOs who are unfamiliar with flat-fee services is lots of "unknowns and questionings" that arise because they've never heard of any others doing it
before.
Am I going to get the same exposure from the MLS as with any other traditional full-service realtor listed MLS?
Does all the commission calculation carry out the way it's been stipulated on your contract with the flat-fee service realtor?
Are you going to be provided with personal and fast, yet reliable service?
The answer is YES!
